This is the Skin template. It should be called in the following format:

|Author= names of author(s) of those who created the skin
|Description= describe the features and functions of the skin, along with any known observations or adverse effects
|License= license under which the skin is released
|Tags= add any subject-matter pertinent to this specific skin
|Related extensions= include here any extensions specifically related to this skin
|Derived from= name of any original skin which this particular skin was derived from
|Image= file name of image of skin, 'File:' namespace not required
