Since Wikitech already exists, I'm deactivating this site. This also makes me think there may be a use for a Is retired property to archive old sites.

Have Wikimedia Labs and Wikitech merged permanently?

I'm wondering if this entry should either be deleted or flagged as archived. The redirect that is sending Wikimedia Labs to Wikitech is a 302, not a 301 permanent redirect. However, it would seem odd to redirect an entire wiki only temporarily. Thingles (talk) 13:53, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

Yes, it was merged to Wikitech and closed. (Technically speaking, Labs was moved to Wikitech and part of the old Wikitech was merged to Labs; but Labs was only a temporary wiki.) --Nemo 14:18, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
