Property talk:Has tag

1. So I want to find proper special wiki on topic.
2. Say wiki on RaspberryPi (or single-boards in general).
3. You say, the method is I need to find resource and than click on tag.
4. But what is the point then. I must find and go to resource page in the first place to find other resource. It is unlogical. So users never find that, while they go here to look for resources. They stuck on text search. see a lot of clutter, and basically walk away.

Or in other case - I need to list through all this long list of tags to search for one proper tag Property:Has_tag.

My main point - search by tags Special:RunQuery/Website_by_Tag is great.

But it hard to find. For user. If not impossible. While user have a strict purpose and go to WikiApiary to hunt information where to find some special wikis.

He stumble upon text search.

Tags search should be embodied or at least referenced in main search, or even replace it, and mention back search through the text. There is too much clutter in text search. Tags search is much cleaner and practical to find wikis you interested in.

Maybe it's engine, that you not moved it there, I don't know.

But to hide that search - looks like a crime for me.

I also complained, that by all standards and specifications tags must be case insensitive. 'linux' and 'Linux' and hell, 'linUX' must be the same tag. Look at tag search and see that 'Linux' and 'linux' give different search results.

Another good point. The tags should be stored in lower case no matter if you add upper case or not. Will try to fix this soon. Cheers and thanks for your input. --[[kgh]] (talk) 11:49, 1 October 2016 (UTC)
